CBBR was formed in late 2004 by three partners: Nicholas Slatyer, Lauchlan Leishman & Christian Buse. Between these 3 dynamic young professionals, clients benefit from a wide range of experience from building through to the finance industry. Collectively, the three have 19 years experience in local real estate and offer an enthusiastic and service-orientated approach to selling lifestyle properties.
Their diverse backgrounds and experience in different markets and cultures have provided an unequalled understanding of the needs and motivations of investors and residents alike. Their instinctive ability to respond to the unique requirements of the purchaser has allowed them to succeed in both the residential and investment market sectors, hence providing satisfaction to both vendor and purchaser in each case.

CBBR has a tight-knit team of 26 staff members working out of two offices. Our Cairns office is conveniently located in Lake Street in the bustling hub of Cairns central business district. There we have an extensive Sales team and a successful Property Management team working in close contact. The Port Douglas office is situated on Wharf Street in picturesque Port Douglas, where they offer both Sales and Property Management services.
